The breakfast was awful: hardly any choice, food that smelled rotten, and no plates, glasses, or utensils. The restaurant was tiny with nowhere to sit, and there was just one employee. I’m sorry I didn’t take photos to post here. The rooms were cramped and dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the sheets had stains and holes. The hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Even the supposed lobby was just a narrow corridor with nowhere to sit. All day and into the evening, people sat on the floor packing goods there. It was noisy, crowded, and more like a warehouse or workshop. This is the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t recommend it.

Breakfast was a disaster. There was almost no variety, and the salami and ham were disgusting. The cheese tasted like rubber, and the olives had white marks and seemed rotten. Plates and cutlery were missing, so we had to ask repeatedly. One staff member was cutting cheese, and the dining room had tables for only about 20 people. We ended up watching for someone to finish so we could sit. The room was in bad shape too: stained, torn sheets, an unclean bathroom, and a cockroach that we killed on the floor. There was no toilet paper, and the hairdryer didn’t work. At reception, there wasn’t enough space for luggage. The lobby was basically a small hallway used like a warehouse throughout the day and night. Hotel workers blocked it with suitcases and bags while filling and taping them.

Breakfast was a real pleasure, and the staff were helpful throughout our 14-night stay. One young man was especially kind, helping whenever we needed it and even carrying our luggage halfway to the metro station when we left. We loved the clean, spacious room and its view. At check-in, we got a nice room, but asked to change the view. The staff were accommodating and moved us after 24 hours. Thank you, Dempa Hotel ❤️

The agency price was more than good. The rooms and breakfast were okay, and the toilet was clean, but the general atmosphere felt kind of messy. It was about what you’d expect.

They let us check in early, and the room was big. The AC didn’t work properly, though, so the room stayed warm and it was hard to sleep. The refrigerator was out of order, and the reception area was always messy. The restaurant was nice and had a good view. Breakfast was average.
