I can’t believe this place has 4 stars. The service was terrible, the rooms offered barely any comfort, and the staff wouldn’t help. I asked reception to call when the food arrived, and they refused. There were insects everywhere, dirty floors, and tiles had been ripped out. Wallpaper was missing from all the walls, and the whole place looked disgusting. I have pictures as evidence. The advertised city view wasn’t there either. Our room looked out over slums and scrap areas. The hotel is in an isolated spot surrounded by car repair shops.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and I really enjoyed the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well organized throughout. A very good experience from beginning to end, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a pleasant stay. I’m looking forward to coming back.

I had a really pleasant 4-day stay. The location was excellent, the atmosphere was nice, and my room was clean. Stephanie at reception was especially kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.

The care from the staff made this feel like home from the moment I arrived. Omer, Rasul, Fatima and Moghees (alias Tariq) stood out for being friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. Everyone else I spoke with also helped make the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Thanks to the whole team. I’d recommend Dencity Hotel to anyone wanting a caring, warm place to stay.
