Murat and Uğur made our three weeks here feel like staying with extended family. They were kind, professional, and ready to help with anything, and I felt welcome from arrival to departure. The service was the best part of my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept in good shape. Being right in the heart of Taksim Square also made it easy to explore Istanbul. I liked how personal the service felt at this boutique hotel, instead of getting lost in the routines of a large chain. You can ask for all sorts of services, and they're happy to help. I had a wonderful time at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel and would happily stay again. If you want a central location and a personal boutique experience, I highly recommend Santa Lucia Taksim Hotel.

The rooms are nice and the location is really good, but the staff are the reason I'll be back. They're the best hotel staff I've ever met, so sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Santa lucia, please give them a raise. I hope they get everything they deserve. Thanks to ALL STAFF 🤍🤍🤍

Good room, and the staff member, maybe the boss, was really nice and helpful with questions. The location is great, close to everything. If you've got a big suitcase and are worried about the slope, just ask them for help. I'd recommend staying here while visiting Istanbul.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great value for the money, too. Taksim Square is right nearby, which made it a perfect base for exploring Istanbul. I'd stay here again.

The reception team really made my four day stay special. They were professional and friendly, always willing to help, gave me directions and local tips, and greeted me warmly whenever I passed by. I felt genuinely cared for. The place itself was calm and relaxing, good for resting as well as exploring. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and what I needed was easy to reach. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I'd definitely recommend it for comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I'll be back.
