The most luxurious house for London design

Everything is close by, including the bus to IST airport, so we’re definitely coming back. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. The rooms were very clean, and the lobby was beautiful and quiet. Thanks to the staff who checked us out, Cansu and Ilker.

I was assaulted in the elevator by a man carrying a sharp object. It was one of the most terrifying moments of my life, and the hotel felt unsafe, with suspicious people frequently coming and going. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I strongly advise against staying here.

The reception staff were so helpful and always smiling. My stay was extremely good, the rooms were very clean, and the furniture was in good condition.

My one issue was that smoking is allowed in the rooms, so I could smell smoke even after they’d been cleaned. Otherwise, the room had plenty of space and was well equipped: a big closet, kettle, cups and glasses, plus a welcome bundle with water, tea, Nescafe, two disposable toothbrushes and slippers. There was also a plate and spoons, and I liked the liquid soap and lotion.
