Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel

When my room’s AC wasn’t working properly, Fahad from reception promptly arranged a room change and made sure the problem was handled smoothly. Yucel was also very helpful from the moment I arrived, taking time to show me the property and my room. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel welcome and kept my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to both of them and the entire Sheraton team for a very pleasant visit.

We were at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center from Tuesday to Friday. The room was excellent for watching the World Cup matches, the gym was well equipped, and the hotel restaurant served fantastic food with great service. Mr. Yucel welcomed us on our first day, helped with our luggage, and gave us useful recommendations. He greeted us warmly every time we crossed paths and made us feel genuinely welcome. He’s professional, friendly, and highly competent, and represents the hotel extremely well. His service deserves special recognition.

The free shuttle to Taksim square made sightseeing very convenient. This is one of the best Mariott Bonvoy hotels I’ve stayed at so far, with larger-than-average rooms and a clean, well-maintained property. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was good, and the gym had almost all the equipment you’d need. It was more than value for money, and I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure travellers. 👌

The hotel’s hospitality made the difference, and I’d definitely consider returning. Breakfast had a great range, plenty of fresh options, and something for every taste. Saika and Ibrahim were attentive and warm, which made mornings enjoyable. Concierge Yncel gave me an especially warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout, while the responsive reception team was always ready to assist. The location may not be ideal, and I’d be cautious about walking alone late at night. It’s still fairly close to the main tourist spots, and the hotel shuttle to Taksim Square and back makes getting around easier. The room was comfortable and reasonably well maintained, though it didn’t feel new or freshly renovated. The bathrobes were worn and could use replacing. Staff passing in the hallway with room service or cleaning equipment could also get a bit loud, especially when I was trying to sleep. Even with those drawbacks, I had a very pleasant stay.
