I lived here from January to August 2021. The gym was promised, but if you look at the reviews below, you’ll see there still isn’t one. When I arrived, I paid one deposit and two rental payments. There was no clear way to pay utilities, so without a Turkish bank account I had to give cash to the building manager. Water, electricity, and gas bills were also much higher than in other areas or neighboring buildings. After I got a bank card, I tried to pay the landlord directly. The manager then told me the account details in my contract were wrong and said I should pay him instead. That seemed very strange and suspicious. By then, I was worried the landlords might not even know their property was occupied. When I found another apartment, the managers tried everything to keep my deposit. I was glad to leave. I’d suggest finding somewhere with transparent procedures and receipts for every bit of money you spend.

There’s no terrace in this building, so why are people looking for a rooftop cafe?

I booked for 10 days. It was clean and good, and the prices were somewhere in the middle.
