My parents had a fantastic stay and felt they were in good hands. They especially enjoyed the breakfast and the helpful staff. I asked for a check-in after midnight, and because the hotel had availability, they kindly accommodated them without charging for an extra night. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was incredibly good, unlike anything I've had before, and all the food was good. The staff were the best part: very welcoming and polite, with Rovach and Gozde standing out most. The hotel was close to all the tourist places, so we could walk to the attractions. My only complaint was that the rooms were very small.

We had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see in Istanbul. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was very nice, and the service was kind and phenomenal.

Clean hotel, very good location, attentive staff, and a delicious breakfast.

6/10
The room was quite nice and the bed was comfortable, while the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. The air conditioning was the big problem. Reception sent someone to check after I called, and they confirmed the thermostat was disabled, so it couldn't be switched to cold. The room stayed warm throughout my visit. I had to leave the window open while I was out and shut it at bedtime, because the noise outside was so loud that sleeping with it open would have been impossible. The hotel was clean and good, but the area felt dodgy and seemed geared entirely toward tourists, with prices higher than they should be.
