The reception staff deserve full marks. The guys were polite, attentive, and very accommodating. There's breakfast included, and Hagia Sofia is about a 10-minute walk away. The street is quiet, with little happening at night. A few things could use attention: the bedsheets were worn and should be replaced. We could smell cigarette smoke in our rooms a few times a day, though I don't know where it came from or whether smoking is allowed in hotels in Turkey. We also had a small issue with the AC, but there was another way to heat the room, so that worked out.

The people and staff were lovely, friendly, and really helpful. It had a warm feel and the breakfast was good too. Great place and location, though the rooms aren't soundproof.

The owner and staff were so kind and generous throughout my nine days here. Breakfast was plentiful and really good, and whenever I needed a hand they were ready to help. They printed something for me and also gave me advice when I needed to see a doctor. I had a wonderful stay and would come back if I return to Istanbul.

This is a renovated old building, so it doesn't have many stars, but it worked well for us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it stayed quiet despite being in the middle of Istanbul's main tourist area. Agia Sofia is about a 10-minute walk, or less. The service was friendly too, with a special mention for the young receptionist in the picture. If you're not too demanding, it's a nice place to stay.

The breakfast service was especially nice, so a greeting to the woman who served it. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the service was very good. A great place.
