We left on the fourth day because the place was unclean, had unpleasant odors throughout, and the staff’s behavior was very disappointing. Sherin in particular was unhelpful and didn’t help resolve any of our concerns. We had to change rooms, but the second room was just as unsatisfactory. The suites were in very poor condition and didn’t meet acceptable standards. We paid in cash, not online, but didn’t get any refund at all. They didn’t return a single penny.

The sheets smelled so bad it seemed they hadn’t been changed, there were insects everywhere, and the whole hotel was dirty. There was nothing there, so you had to buy everything yourself. Some employees were very disrespectful and lied, especially Mrs. Shereen and the boss Sherif. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We were supposed to stay 10 days, but there were several insects from the very first day. The woman named Sherin blamed it on the people who had stayed in our room before. We changed rooms and found insects again, so we left on the third day. They said they would refund us 900$, but gave us nothing back and charged 1,500$ for three days. They don’t clean, all the sheets were stained, and the owners are basically a bunch of liars and theifs.

The room was a good size and the location was great. There’s air conditioning and an elevator, but cleanliness needs a lot of work. The kitchenette had no salt, pepper, towels or paper towels, or dish sponge, and the bathroom had just one roll of toilet paper. You’ll have to buy all of that at the shops.
