The hotel looks old and has some unusual decorations that might not be to everyone’s taste, but I liked it. The cleaning lady was very kind, and the guy at the desk was nice too. I booked a balcony room, but they’d mixed up its photo with another room and gave me the wrong one at first. They sorted it out really quickly, very professionally. The location is the best, and for the price it’s amazing. I’ve finished, done book 📖 good and cute terrace. I recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect for walking to Taksim Square, shopping streets, great food, and even the water. It’s a good budget stay with the basics, though the room was fairly plain and a little cramped, especially the bathroom. Some things need maintenance: pictures were falling down and the furniture felt rickety. It wasn’t very quiet either. The wooden stairs carry footsteps loudly, and we could hear people walking on the floor above. Once, maintenance in the room overhead started quite early. There’s also a mosque up the road, so the call to prayer was loud early in the morning and late at night. Good basic accommodation in a perfect spot, just be aware of those things.

The staff were sweet and caring, and the room was bigger than I expected. I also loved the apartment-style layout. It may not be the most luxurious hotel, but for the price and how close it is to Taksim Square, it was fantastic.
