I deeply regret staying here, and my trust in low-quality hotels and guesthouses is now zero. The room was damp, smelled awful, and had a rotten bathroom cabinet. The air conditioning didn’t work either. We complained, but they didn’t care or offer another room, even though plenty were available. They insisted this was the room for us, and lied that all the air conditioners were controlled with one remote. After the bungalow incident in Sakarya, it makes you wonder why they were so set on giving us that room. A rotten, damp, foul-smelling room can affect people’s health. Not everyone should run a hotel or guesthouse, and there needs to be more oversight.

The bed was so disgusting it looked like it had DNA from 20 different people on it. The rooms were awful, and so were the toilet and bathroom. You couldn’t tell who was coming and going.

Someone in the comments said not to come with family, especially children, because a child crying during an event ruins the evening. But Polo Suite hotel is clean, and its price is what stands out most. At least to me, it’s definitely the most affordable among similar hotels in the area and Istanbul. The staff are warm and friendly, so it’s worth visiting. 😁

The reception staff are really friendly, and the price is very reasonable. You can stay for a day or just an hour without any trouble. The rooms are nice and clean, with everything as it should be.
