The poor service was clear as soon as a problem came up. Support was rushed and rough, so save yourself the hassle and spend 6 euros more on a better option. Be careful with the payment. The room costs the same for one or two people, but after booking for two they tried to charge us extra, insisting on cash, apparently to avoid taxes. They did it in a pretty aggressive way.

I didn't want to stay longer than a few hours. The bed was broken, the WiFi was painfully slow, and the place was cold and very dirty. Even the wallpaper was ripped, and so much of the room seemed broken.

The hotel is quiet and clean, and there's a cağ kebap restaurant attached with good local prices. Nice place, recommended 🤌🏼.

The staff were friendly, especially Mr Ali, and the service was good. The restaurant food was excellent, and there are lovely views outside. Taxi and bus services are very close by.

A lovely spot for a vacation if you want some peace and comfort. The workers were wonderful and made us feel like family.
