Kare Hotel Sultanahmet

The hotel is modern, quiet, and a comfortable size. It's close to Sultanahmet's main attractions but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The rooms are lovely, and the reception staff are helpful and friendly. At breakfast, there was a wide selection of fresh, tasty food, and the breakfast team were always smiling and attentive. Had a great stay at Kare Hotel Sultanahmet. Highly recommended.

We had a great six-night family holiday in Istanbul and stayed at the Kare Hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We'd happily come back. It was a great find.

The hotel itself had a lot going for it: the rooms were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But my girlfriend told me one receptionist behaved in a way she experienced as harassment, and it left her feeling very uncomfortable during our stay. That was disappointing in an otherwise nice place. I hope management takes it seriously and makes sure guests feel safe and respected.

Mr Aydin took care of everything when we arrived, even though I had booked through expedia. He arranged a low-cost Istanbul visit for us and shared lots of useful tour information. There are restaurants behind the hotel, and famous places to visit are only a five to seven minute walk away. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job each day. I slept really well.
