The main drawback was the entrance, which has no ramp, so guests with large bags may need help getting inside. Otherwise, I had a decent and comfortable stay at Nippon Hotel. The room was clean and as expected, the staff were courteous, and the location was convenient, especially for getting to the Havabus station for the airport.

The reception team were attentive and dealt with requests quickly and professionally. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and I appreciated the personal touches, like the fruit plates and Turkish delights. The property was very clean, and I found the stay comfortable. Breakfast was fair, with a reasonable choice. The service and hospitality were great, and I'd be happy to consider coming back.

The location made it easy to reach exchange offices, supermarkets, restaurants, and shisha cafés. Breakfast had a good variety, and staff were willing to handle special requests if something wasn't available. I stayed at Nippon Hotel during the end of the year and New Year period, when it was fully booked with many families. Even so, I had a very good, comfortable stay. Service was excellent, housekeeping and staff were professional and responsive, and my room was clean, spacious, and as expected. I wish the hotel continued success.

The hotel's other services were satisfactory, and I really liked its location. The room and bathroom were quite small, though, and breakfast didn't offer much variety. I stayed here a few months ago while traveling in Turkey.

The staff were available all day and very helpful, and the hotel looked pretty nice. It was close to Taksim Square and the bus station. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was a big problem. The temperature couldn't be set below 30C, so the room was very hot, and the hotel couldn't fix it.
