The hotel's location is good, but the experience fell well below what I expect from a place of this level. At first they said there was no booking under my name; after I called and insisted, they found it. The first room was very dirty. In the second, the air conditioning didn't work, and the third had the same problem. Staff spent around 40 minutes trying to fix it before things improved. Reception service was disappointing and unprofessional. On the second day, a different person was at the desk and was much more helpful than the earlier team. I travel often and stay in plenty of hotels, and I've never had service like this.

Mr. Imran deserves my sincere thanks for his professionalism, respectful manner, and real commitment to guest satisfaction. His work reflects excellent hospitality. I also appreciate the General Manager’s leadership, attention, and follow-up, which show how professionally the establishment is managed. The service throughout was high class, and the experience was outstanding. This will remain my first choice whenever I visit Istanbul.

CVK offered great service for the price and a very good location. Umran Khan and Umut were especially great members of staff. It’s been the best hotel and accommodation experience of my Turkey trip so far. I’ll definitely come back here if I visit Turkey again.

When my phone battery died, Ilyas and Ahmet were so helpful in getting me to my hostel address. Once I realized the hostel wasn't right for me, I knew which hotel deserved my money. The service was exceptional and the place was very clean. I highly recommend it.

The location was fabulous, the breakfast was great, and the room hygiene was excellent. We stayed for four nights with my family, and Ahmed and Umran were especially kind and helpful. We'd love to return to CVK Taksim.
