CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

The staff are what make this hotel feel special. On this, our fourth visit, Celal Firat remembered us from our first stay and greeted us like old friends at breakfast in the Gumussuyu restaurant. His smile set a lovely tone for the morning, and it’s nice to see him now as Restaurant Captain. In the Executive Lounge, BERHAN MEHMET DEMIR made us feel welcome each evening, and the lamb cooked by one of Neslisah Yusuf, ERSIN or SEDAT was so good I nearly swallowed my tongue. Other guests were praising it too, and we were still talking about it days later. KORAY GULTEKIN, the Front Desk Manager, surprised us with an upgrade that gave us access to the Executive Lounge. He made the stay unforgettable, and I hope his generosity doesn’t get him in trouble. The hotel is in a great spot by Taksim and the park, with a stunning Bosphorus view. Room cleanliness, linens, toiletries, and comfort all matched what you’d expect from a five-star hotel, as other reviews explain. The people and their commitment to service are the reason we’ll keep coming back.

Tugay and Berhan were great, and Suden deserves a special mention for being so sweet, welcoming, and friendly. We loved the Club Lounge, especially the food and the attentive service. This was our second visit to CVK, and we spent five lovely days there earlier this month. The hotel is in a great spot, just a couple minutes on foot from Taksim Square. Can't wait to come back.

The Executive Lounge team, especially Suden, Berhan, and Vedat, looked after me so well. The chef's dinner and afternoon lounge dishes were delicious too. Around the hotel, the care was just as consistent: housekeeping kept things spotless and comfortable, and staff were thoughtful about even small requests. From arrival, everyone was welcoming, professional, and keen to help. You can tell guest satisfaction matters here, and it made a real difference to my stay at CVK Park Bosphorus. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where the staff make you feel cared for.

The room was beautiful, breakfast was lovely, and booking a Bosphorus view is well worth it. The staff were kind, professional, and ready to help with anything.
