The receptionist stood out during our stay. He was kind, professional, and ready to help with information, recommendations, and special requests. His service made us feel welcome from the start. We also found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The beds were especially comfortable, so we rested well after exploring Istanbul. We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The location was great, and the small room had everything we needed. We were out so much during our break that we didn't need a bigger one. There's no lift, but the staff help with luggage. Room service isn't automatic, so you have to ask for it when you need it.

I liked how quiet the location was, and there’s a train station right outside the hotel, one stop from the metro. You can get here from the airport by public transport with a suitcase, though expect some walking. There were no stairs on the route. My room's streetlight was a little hard to block out, but it wasn't a big problem. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. The shower stayed hot and drained properly, and the air conditioning could also heat the room, which really helped me.

The reception team made sure we had everything we needed, and they surprised my sister for her birthday with music, a cake, a costume, and a singalong. The rooms were spotless and completely quiet. We stayed for three nights and loved it. The hotel is right by the sea and about 15 minutes from the Grand Bazaar and the Mosque. We also had a wonderful Bosphorus Cruise, and the hotel arranged our airport transfer. I recommend staying here with all my heart. I'll come back next time I'm in Istanbul. Can't wait to visit again, and thanks for such a lovely experience! 😊
