Ulus G Residences

The staff at G Residences Ulus made a real difference during my trip. They helped with several last-minute arrangements, and the hospitality was warm and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Neda, Gizem, Nadir, and Maryam at the front desk, and Eren from Housekeeping, for being so professional and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location and view were excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. My stay has been wonderful so far, and I’m happy to keep staying here. I’d gladly return and highly recommend G Residences Ulus to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I’m in a room on the 3rd floor with a Bosphorus view, and it’s spacious with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, and large, clean bathroom. The washing machine is especially useful for me. The hotel is beautiful, has great amenities, and there’s nothing I can complain about. The reception staff are friendly and kind. Communication with them is excellent, and I personally prefer WhatsApp. Whenever I need something, it’s never a problem.

Our parents stayed at Ulus G Residence and were very happy there. The room was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the window. It had plenty of room, a wide bed, a sofa, a washing machine, and a stove. The hotel managers were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist with requests. Their service made the stay even more pleasant.

The reception and staff were excellent, especially Neda, who was kind and communicated really well. The TV had internet access with Netflix already set up, which was a nice touch. Booking was easy, and the central location made getting around convenient. The rooms were extremely clean and felt like true 5-star hotel quality. The interior was beautifully designed, with smart use of space to make things comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again and recommend it.
