We had a very bad stay and could probably have found somewhere better for the same money. Service was poor, staff weren't courteous, the room wasn't up to standard for cleanliness, room service was pathetic, and no toiletries were available. Before booking, they showed a gym, swimming pool, and beach view, but none of those were available. When we asked about the pool, the response was rude. They said a beach view was only available from the fifth and sixth floors, with extra money required.

Grand Mira Hotel worked well for both business and tourism, with a good location, excellent room service, and warm hospitality throughout. Suleman from the concierge team was professional and helpful, and Mostofa in room service paid great attention to detail. They made the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at this clean hotel outside central Istanbul. The service was very good, and Hasan Husein was especially kind and helped make things nicer for us. I'd recommend it.

I was recovering here after surgery, and they gave me a large room that could fit the big ski bags I had with me. There was even a surprise sea view from the window. The staff were amazing and helped however they could, from the front desk to breakfast service. Hasan Hüseyín was always smiling, kind, and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

A nice place with very friendly staff and room service at a high level. Mustafa did a perfect job and treated me really well.
