Ms. Ozlem was warm and friendly while serving breakfast. We had a good stay.

The transport links are good and well connected, though the hotel is a little farther from the centre. It was a great hotel, and the staff were amazing.

What we liked most was the hotel's spot in a pleasant, genuinely local neighborhood. Supermarkets, small shops, cafés, and local restaurants were all handy, and a high street about a five-minute walk from the rear entrance gave us plenty of food choices and a glimpse of everyday community life. We could explore and pick up essentials without long trips or spending much. Prices for the hotel and nearby amenities were also much more affordable than in tourist-heavy areas, partly because it sits outside the main city center. Our first night was rough. We arrived in the early hours, and the room's electrical system kept failing, apparently because of a faulty circuit breaker. The power went out several times, cutting the air conditioning and leaving us unable to charge devices. The room went completely dark more than once. Night staff responded promptly and politely, trying several times to fix it, but the issue continued through the night and made things uncomfortable. Management moved us to another room the next day, and that one didn't have the same electrical problems. We appreciated the fix, though packing and transferring all our belongings was a hassle after a tiring night with little rest. They also offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience, a thoughtful gesture. The staff's professionalism was a real bright spot throughout. The bellboy was consistently courteous and eager to help with our luggage. Reception handled questions and requests patiently and efficiently, while housekeeping kept things clean and orderly with care. Their friendliness and readiness to help left a lasting positive impression. The initial technical trouble made the stay less comfortable, but the good service and local setting still made it pleasant and worthwhile. Room maintenance and inspections before guests arrive could be better. Management's response and the staff's professionalism showed a clear commitment to guest comfort, and some infrastructure improvements could make future stays smoother.

The breakfast was the best, and the room service was great too. We were especially impressed by Ms Ozlen's service at breakfast and her smiling face. Thanks to everyone.
