I stayed five nights on my own and had an amazing time. The room was just right, with great views, solid amenities, and strong air conditioning that I really appreciated. Internet worked perfectly, and breakfast was more than good enough for me. The area is a bit touristy but fairly well located. There’s a metro stop uphill, and a tram and bus stop down the hill by the bridge.

The rooms felt cozy and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping came daily, which we appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the facilities were very good. The location also made it easy to explore the city. We spent six nights at Bankerhan Hotel in Istanbul and had an excellent stay. The service was outstanding, especially Zeynep, who did so much to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

We only planned to stay one day, then extended twice because we loved it. The beds are super comfortable, and it’s quiet too, aside from the cats and the calls to prayer, which you can’t really escape in the city. Everyone working here was friendly. Zanep was a rockstar. Highly recommend.

The location puts you close to everything but away from the busy streets, with the tram station just a few steps away and Galata tower right behind you. I loved the Turkish hospitality here. The staff were friendly and really helpful whenever I needed something. Can I give 10 Stars? Shoutout to Kerem and Hummood (I hope I got their names correct) for going above and beyond to make sure my food order was done right. This is the perfect spot.

I upgraded to a river-view room on the 5th floor, and the views from both windows were epic. The room itself was a solid 10/10. Staff were also 10/10, really friendly, communicative, and helpful. Excellent location. I’d definitely stay again.
