Avoid this place if cleanliness or decent customer care matters to you. The rooms were unacceptably dirty, and the service was appalling. The manager seemed indifferent to guests and focused only on money.

The reception area was filthy, and the workers were aggressive. The manager kept yelling and trying to throw us out even though we were only showing our reservation confirmation. Every time we showed it, he said the system was closed and wouldn't let us check in. He was extremely rude, threatened to call the police, and either couldn't speak English or was pretending he couldn't. There were lots of badly behaved drunk men and women at the hotel and nearby. It felt more like a nightclub, so I wouldn't recommend staying here with family or kids.

The rooms were dusty, messy, and had broken utilities, and the whole place seemed infested with bugs. The view was terrible, parking cost an outrageous amount, and the tiny elevator was uncomfortable. Even the keys felt like they were from the WWII era. The hotel is in a cheap, unsafe area full of bars. The manager was rude and the place filthy. It doesn't deserve even one star. Avoid it at all costs.

We booked for two adults and two children, but were given a small double room with an uncomfortable sofa bed. The reception staff couldn't speak English, got angry and rude in Turkish, and we couldn't communicate with them. There was no electricity in our room for two days. We complained, but they spoke Turkish, which we don't understand, and never fixed it. We had no AC or hot water, so I had to bathe my kids in cold water both days. I chose a room with breakfast because I was traveling with children and didn't want the extra expense. The hotel offered only two kinds of cheese and some dried, inedible bread, so I had to pay for breakfast outside. That cost 1,600 lira each morning, 11,200 lira in total. There was no room service either, and the dirty room wasn't cleaned. The hotel is beside a nightclub. The windows were broken, and noise kept us awake all night. Our room was on the fourth floor, and with young children I was frightened they might fall from the window, which had no child safety lock. My daughter was bitten by bedbugs, became very itchy, and had a reaction all over her body. We had to take her to a doctor. This was a terrible stay. We paid for a four-star hotel, but this place isn't even one star.
