I'm a travel agency owner, and I visited the hotel about a business matter. Inside the hotel, the manager, Hakan, physically assaulted me. Without provocation, he became aggressive, shouted, insulted me, and pushed me several times while trying to force me out of his office. Police were called, the CCTV footage was reviewed, and I filed an official criminal complaint. This raises serious concerns for me about safety, professionalism, and how guests and partners are treated. I strongly advise caution.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we came back for a second visit to Istanbul. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the restaurant staff, Karina & Ahmed, were friendly. The one thing we'd suggest is adding fresh fruit and juice at breakfast.

Booking said there was parking, but there wasn't. We were told to sort it out ourselves, and when we complained, the staff were disrespectful. The room was unclean, the staff rude and unprofessional, and breakfast was poor, cold, and the same every day. We even found hair in the food. I don't recommend this hotel. There are much better options in Istanbul for the same price.

We only stayed two days, but it was a great experience. I tried the sauna for the first time and had a great time at the swimming pool. Breakfast was decent. Mr Caner and the Syrian guy, whose name I can't remember, were both extremely kind and happy to see us.

For what we paid, it was the best experience we could have hoped for. The staff were very good and kind, especially Mr Caner at reception and the Syrian man working in the restaurant. Breakfast was decent, and we could use the sauna and pool for free.
