For the room price, breakfast was okay, and the price itself was good. Staff were friendly and let me into my room at 12 pm, two hours before check-in. The hotel was nice and clean, with a perfect location: 70 meters from the Havaist bus, 200 meters from the tram, and 150 meters from Aksaray metro. Bim market and restaurants are nearby too. I highly recommend it.

I can’t recommend this hotel. I’ve never been treated this badly by hotel staff, especially in the restaurant. They counted my bites and rudely complained about my plates in a racist manner. A woman serving there mocked and aggressively humiliated me because she thought all the plates on my table were mine. I can’t describe how that felt. The receptionist backed her up and disrespected me because I was alone without my husband. The worst experience ever!

The location was my favorite thing about this budget hotel. Metro, tram, bus, and Havaist are all close, so it’s easy to get around Istanbul. I stayed six nights, got an early check-in, and found the room clean. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, breakfast was good, and the chef was kind. I especially liked the very tasty soup.

Rooms are small, but neat and air-conditioned, and the price is budget-friendly with breakfast included. Staff were helpful, and there are facilities just steps away, with the tram only yards from the hotel. It’s a good central Aksaray base, close to Aksaray metro and convenient for catching the bus to Istanbul international airport. Strongly recommended for budget travel.

Everything you might need is nearby, from transport and restaurants to SIM card shops and other services. The rooms were neat and clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and gentlemanly. An excellent place to stay in Istanbul, highly recommended.
