We were seven, and having two toilets was handy. The garden was lovely to sit in, with no insects to worry about for the children. The house is close to the beach, cafes, bars, and a Migros supermarket just down the street, so getting around was easy. I’ve been visiting Akyaka for years and stayed in lots of different houses; this is the best one for me. It was spotless and comfortable to stay in with peace of mind, and cleanliness matters a lot to us. There was even laundry detergent, fabric softener, and a nice-smelling spray in the bathroom, which I appreciated. The house looks even better than the photos. Our hostess was kind and easy to reach whenever we needed her. We were all very happy and plan to come again next year and in future summer holidays. Many thanks to Ms. Nevin for her care. We’re back at Villa Seosa for a second stay, this time with friends after visiting with family before, and I’d recommend it without hesitation. It feels like our second home in Akyaka. The owner is friendly, warm, and polite, and the villa is clean enough to make us feel at home. There’s air conditioning in every room, everything is orderly, and it has a pool and balcony. It’s central too, with the sea just a five-minute walk away.

I’m staying until the weekend, and this is my second night here. I found the place online after deciding to visit Akyaka on someone’s recommendation. Talking with Ms. Nevin gave me confidence in choosing it. The house is beautiful and clean, and her warm, sincere manner is why I’d recommend it. Once you park, you can get around on foot to the sea, Azmak River, and the market, so there’s no need to use the car again. You can come here with peace of mind.

Villa Seosta has everything you could need, and we were very comfortable and happy during our three-day stay. It’s central and spotlessly clean. The villa owner, Ms. Nevin, was especially helpful, so many thanks to her. This will be our place in Akyaka from now on. I recommend it to everyone.
