8/10
I loved my room and how quiet and peaceful the beautiful hotel was. The staff were attentive, kind, and provided excellent service, so my stay was pleasant overall. Breakfast let the place down. The food was often cold or lukewarm, the quality wasn't what I expected, and the options barely changed from day to day. There wasn't proper brewed coffee, just a machine serving low-quality coffee. There was also a cathedral next door, where very loud singing started around 5 a.m. and happened at different times during the day. I respect religious traditions, but the noise and how often it happened were disruptive.

The staff made my week-long stay in Istanbul so much easier. I had a surgical procedure while I was there, and they treated me with real kindness and looked after me well. They were professional, accommodating, and understanding. Turkish hospitality is unmatched, and I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service.

The room was small, but clean. The sink was stuck, though it was okay. The staff were really nice and kind, parked the car for you, and pointed out good places nearby.

The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, and the cushions were stained. The rooms need a proper DEEP CLEAN and the upholstery needs reinvestment. We were moved from the first room, only to end up in another with the same problems. I just bit my tongue and let my time there pass.

It's a quiet hotel with good staff and shops and food nearby. The breakfast selection was poor. If you don't speak Arabic, you may need to simplify your English to avoid miscommunication.
