The seafood and fish were especially delicious, and we really liked Chef Enes. My friend and I came to this beautiful hotel to build our work experience, and we’re very grateful. Warm greetings to Chef Enes. I hope he finds him, he’s a good friend. Regards.

Being left without a room at 11:00 PM meant taking another taxi and spending about two hours looking for somewhere else to stay. It was a huge inconvenience and cost me extra money. I’d like compensation for those costs and damages, and I’m waiting for a prompt response. I’d booked through the Wyndham app on March 16, using my Wyndham Rewards points. The booking was confirmed and the hotel still showed as available, but when I arrived I was told it was being renovated and they couldn’t honor my reservation. I’ve never had this happen before, and it was extremely frustrating.

The breakfast was decent, and things were mostly clean. That’s about all I can say in its favor. The price is high for such poor quality, so don’t assume it means you’ll have a good stay. The air conditioning barely worked, which was the worst issue in the heat. The shower was tiny, even though I’m not tall, and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect. The shower gel and toilet paper felt cheap. Other guests kept stomping around and talking loudly, even at 12:00 A.M. I had a really bad time and wouldn’t try this place again. I’ll steer people I know away from it.

The area has a few shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, plus good bus and metro connections to the more touristy parts. There’s also an indoor pool and gym. I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit has been lovely. The staff are kind and welcoming, and made me feel at home away from home. I’ll miss them a lot! Breakfast is a nice buffet with plenty of choice. Thanks so much for everything.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here for more than four nights, and honestly, it doesn’t deserve even three stars. The so-called spa mostly doesn’t work, and the service is poor. Almost nobody understands English. It took six breakfasts for them to replace their own juice, and they didn’t even have basic things like scrambled eggs. This is nowhere near a five-star hotel.
