Tugra Hotel

The service was awful. Staff were polite at first, before we paid, then stopped caring. There was no water bottle in the room, and when I asked for my money back after seeing the room, they said they’d charge me for one day. They were very rude. I know Nordine and another older man whose photo I saw in the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I felt they were scammers. I’d suggest paying a little more at another hotel to get better service.

The staff, including the manager, were all so friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean, and we were given a warm welcome and excellent service. Thanks to everyone who works there. I highly recommend it.

There wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water in the room, and the sheets weren’t changed even when they were dirty. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The worst part was discovering that my bag had been opened and my laptop was gone after I returned from a dentist appointment. My brother was with me. When I asked who had gone into the room to clean it, they said it wasn’t stolen and rudely suggested my brother might have taken it. The laptop was large, and the safe was too small for it. When I asked them to check the security camera footage, they said they couldn’t. They were disrespectful, and I think they were swindlers. Take your bag with you if you stay there. I regret not paying attention to all the bad reviews. The whole experience, from the staff to the rooms, was the worst I’ve had.

In the last ten years, I haven’t stayed at a worse hotel. There were insects in the beds, and the cooling devices didn’t work well. I tried three rooms and had the same problem in each one. The manager in the picture seemed nervous and shouted at guests. Choosing this hotel made my vacation worse. Stay away if you want a happy trip.
