We spent four days at Cettia hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms are modern, nice, and very clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the room temperature, because the air conditioning is centrally controlled.

We especially want to thank Ms. Ceren and Mr. Ferdi, who looked after us at breakfast. They were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast had good variety and everything tasted delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay. The clean, well-organized rooms and attentive, friendly staff made it comfortable, and the location was convenient for reaching many places. We'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

The parking situation is a serious drawback if you come by car. There are just nine spaces in total, no valet service, and the shortage makes it likely you'll get a traffic fine. I was fined myself. The hotel seems better suited to a short stay without a private vehicle. Staff were friendly, cooperative, and respectful, and the cleanliness and general room condition were acceptable. The rooms are clean and reasonably equipped, but quite small, with too little space to pray comfortably. Bathroom water pressure was very weak, and the water only got lukewarm. In cold weather, especially around -2°C, that was uncomfortable, and hotter water is essential. Some aspects of room comfort need improvement.

It's in a very good spot, close to Istanbul's public transport hub, and the hotel has been renovated under new ownership. The problem is the amount of residential construction nearby. Even though noisy work is legally prohibited in Türkiye after 7 am, there's a lot of it.
