The breakfast could use more variety. It was the same food each day, the scrambled eggs were cold, and apart from the fruit there wasn’t much I enjoyed. Still, I had a good stay overall. I arrived early and Samed, the General Manager, made sure I had breakfast and that my luggage was safe while I waited for my room. Over my seven days there, Berat at reception was always ready with information about where to go. Berkman, the Chef, did a phenomenal job putting together my meals and snacks. Ayhan, the barman and waitstaff, was friendly and nice. Vesile from housekeeping cleaned my room and brought water and supplies each day with a smile. She deserves a nice tip!

The rooms smelled pleasant, but they were dated. I paid a little more for a suite because I wanted a comfortable stay. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, though the general manager and a few people at the front desk were exceptional. It wasn’t a bad hotel, but it needs attention and improvement.

The breakfast was really good, and so was the service. Alina is super nice, and her colleagues are too. Thanks so much for the great service, see you soon.

My spouse and I spent 10 days here, from 23rd March-3rd April, and had an excellent stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the people working in the breakfast area were friendly, helpful, and gave us great service every day. Room service was excellent too, cleaning our room and refilling the necessary supplies daily. At reception, Samad, the manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful with excellent customer service. Berat and Jehad were also very helpful and consistently took good care of us. Many thanks again to Samad. God bless him. We’ll strongly recommend the hotel to our friends for its service.
