We had a lovely stay in this spacious apartment, which worked well for our family. Sitting on the balcony and watching daily life in Akyaka was a treat. The big supermarket right across the street was so convenient, and there was plenty of parking near the entrance. The main entrance door could be locked at night, and the place felt very safe. The kitchen has the essentials for cooking at home. The beach is around a 15-minute walk away. We often drove 20-30 minutes to another beach that we personally liked more. The host was friendly, discreet, and exceptionally helpful, replying quickly whenever we had a question or request. The apartment isn't new, but it's well kept and very clean. Great value for money.

We fell in love with Akyaka and will definitely be back, and we'd recommend XOX Apartments. The apartments are large, clean, well equipped, and have quality appliances, with mountain and sea views. The owners communicated well and check-in was really friendly. We also got an unexpected mid-stay clean and fresh towels, which were very welcome. There's a supermarket, an excellent coffee shop, and free parking opposite, plus plenty of local restaurants and an artisan deli, bakery, and greengrocer nearby.

We even found it warm and comfortable in winter. The host was welcoming and great, and it was lovely to find a place where the owner keeps standards high. The apartments are spacious, everything works and is in good shape, and the location is convenient with a good view. Cleaning was superb, including an amazing extra clean midway through our stay. A rare find, just wonderful!

We stayed four nights in a two-bedroom apartment as a group of six. The rooms were decent and the beds comfortable. It's centrally located, with a supermarket and banks nearby. There's air conditioning in the rooms and a good-sized kitchen for cooking. Good accommodation!

We were happy with our choice of apartment. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three WCs. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the shared living area was spacious, bright, and comfortable.
