Yali Capkini Akyaka Boutique Hotel

The rooms were spotless and had a kettle, fridge, and air conditioning. Aylin, the owner and manager, gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The season had only just started, so breakfast was a bit lacking, but the team made it up to us. Fatma and Derya made us feel at home and lent us kitchenware to use in the garden. They let us set up our own table there and enjoy a meal with friends. The hotel is in the city center, with the beach a short walk away, though it’s a bit far. There’s also a cafe and taxi stand downstairs. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious and stylish, with their wooden design, and the garden is a peaceful place to sit and watch the stars in the evening. The hotel sits a little uphill, around 700-800m from the Azmak River. You can drive to lovely coves along the way. The staff are attentive, and the cleanliness stood out. Breakfast was tasty and quite enough.

I’ve run a hotel in Selçuk for 30 years, and I found the things I care about here. The place is exceptionally clean, and it was the first boutique hotel where we could have breakfast with complete peace of mind. What mattered most to me, though, was how sincere, friendly, and respectful the staff were. Thanks again to Ayça Hanım and Şeref Bey for the coffee after breakfast and for their care and hospitality, even though they aren’t the owners.

The staff were attentive, and breakfast was adequate with excellent service. The hotel is very clean, and the back garden is pleasant and a good size. It’s excellent value for money. Thanks to everyone on the team.
