Our host did so much to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A really good hotel!

The room was clean, and the terrace facing the pool and lovely scenery was much better than the photos suggested. Sitting there in the evenings to watch the moon and stars was wonderful. I also liked the poolside music, kept at a relaxing volume. We’ve been places where loud party music made it hard to unwind, so this was a nice change. We spent two weeks here and were treated so well. The host and his wife were always attentive, and as a mom traveling with a child I felt very safe. They carried our bags up and down the stairs, washed our clothes and left them by the front door. When my son got stung by a bee, the host even brought an onion within a minute of me asking 😩🙏🏻. They were ready to help even with little things, and we were really happy with the accommodation. You do need a car to enjoy this place. The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk through the forest. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to relax and switch off. Thank you for such a lovely stay! 😊🙏🏻

The owner was wonderful and had everything we needed for a great holiday. There are two air conditioners in the house, and we enjoyed barbecues, drinks, swimming and plenty of peace and quiet. The pool was fantastic, and it felt like we had the whole family to ourselves instead of dealing with the packed hotel pools. It takes a rather daunting road through the forest to get here, but once you arrive, it feels like paradise.

We left because the nights were unbearably hot and we slept very badly, which was a shame. For the price, it’s good value, and we would have liked to stay for the peaceful setting. The house is spacious but old. There’s hot water, good shower pressure, mosquito screens on every window, and two bathrooms, one on each floor. The owners are very kind. The pool is lovely, and my children had a great time in it. The lush surroundings include lots of fruit trees and a vegetable garden, and the place is very quiet. The heat was hard to cope with because there’s just one air conditioner, in one bedroom, and no fan. A car is essential, and the road to the hotel is rough, unpaved, steep and full of potholes and big stones. We arrived in the middle of the night and were unsettled by the abandoned, ruined houses along the way. The kitchen was missing a few utensils, though we managed, and the ants were a real nuisance.
