Laodikya Otel

Ibrahim's cheerful service was a real treat. He was always ready to help. The hotel is directly across from the bus station, where a minibus to Pamukkale costs just 60TL and runs every 20 minutes. Getting our bus to Fethiye was easy too, since we could leave the hotel only 15 minutes before departure. The rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent, and it's great value for money. Breakfast was good, though I would've liked more fresh fruit. The bathroom and lift lobbies could use better lighting, but otherwise I had nothing to complain about. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Our room was a quiet corner room, with a layout and size we were happy with. The hotel has a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere, so Laodickya Otel could suit you if that's what you're after in Denizli. The concierge was courteous and helped us with directions to sights in and around town. The buffet breakfast had a good range, though more hot options would be welcome. Laodickya Otel is very close to the Denizil bus stop. One tip: Ramazan Usta'nin Yeri next door felt like a tourist trap. There are better kebap places, so ask the concierge.

We reached Denizli bus station at about 6:00am, tired from the night bus from Goreme , Kapadocia. At check-in, we discovered our daughter had left her IPad on the bus, which had already gone. Mr Ibrahim, the hotel manager, kindly spoke Turkish with the bus company, tracked down the driver, and helped get the IPad back that evening at 8:30pm. His quick help and the hotel's warm arrangements let us get on with our day exploring Denizli. We also found the local people kind, and the historic views of nature were beautiful. Our stay at otel laodikya was an amazing experience.

The rooms were quite small, and the tea was poor quality, which matters to local people. Still, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel has its own parking and a very central location, and for the price it's good value.
