Asr-I Ala Hotel

There was plenty of food to choose from at every meal, and lots of places to unwind in the evening, including Köy Kahve. The staff were friendly and helpful, and took care of everything we needed. We joined a boat tour and I’d really recommend it. It was a great way to see and swim along the coast around Turgut Reis. Ms. Reyhan was especially helpful with arranging the trip. Great hotel.

The check-in and check-out processes were full of delays and confusion, and everything at the hotel felt poorly managed. After one awful night of a booked two-night stay, we decided to leave and find somewhere else. Asr-ı A’la refused to refund the second night, which left us financially and emotionally drained. Service was a real letdown. Staff seemed uninterested, showed little basic courtesy, and treated our requests with indifference. The food was tasteless and poor quality, so every meal was disappointing. Our room was shockingly dirty, with stains on the bedding and unclean surfaces. It didn’t seem to meet basic sanitary standards, and left us questioning the cleanliness and safety of the whole place. I’d strongly advise future travelers to stay elsewhere. The poor service, the way guests were treated, bad food, dirty room, and badly handled processes made this anything but a relaxing stay.
