Charm Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We felt completely at ease here, whether relaxing by the pool or watching the sunset on the beach. Charm Beach Hotel had the peaceful atmosphere and comfort we wanted, with a beautiful sea view and direct access to the shore. Our room was cozy, clean, well looked after, and had everything we needed. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Meals were fresh and tasty, with plenty to choose from, and eating while looking out at the sea was one of the best parts of our trip. The hotel made for a relaxing stay, and we can't wait to return. 🌊

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. It's a small, nice boutique hotel, and I'd recommend it for couples, but I found it odd that it isn't adults-only when there's nothing for children beyond a baby cot, despite there being lots of infants. The renovated rooms are nice, though the bathrooms need work. Breakfast was pretty poor. It may suit Turkish guests, but for Europeans there was little to eat, no pancakes, and only watermelon, with no other fruit in the morning. The Wi-Fi only works in limited spots such as the beach bars, which isn't enough if you need to work. And if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs: the mosque is right opposite, and you won't sleep well.

The sea was stunning, crystal clear, and perfect for swimming. We had a great time at the hotel, with activities ranging from yoga to a fun, well-organized kids club, plus a good spa and professional massages. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. A fantastic holiday, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

We spent three nights here in September, and the quiet beach and pool meant there was no rush for sunbeds. The food, though, had very few choices and wasn't very tasty. The so-called snack bar served burgers, chicken and pasta, basically full meals, not snacks. No staff member introduced themselves or made any effort to help. There was broken glass around the pool, and my partner stepped on it. When we reported it, the staff were slow and seemed not to care. It wasn't good value for money, especially compared with other hotels of a similar rating where the service and facilities were much better.
