The food was awful, with little choice and what was served was cold. Check for bones: my Mum got one stuck in her throat. We ended up paying a lot to eat outside the hotel. The location is great, and I come to the area often. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are clean and regularly serviced, though they need updating. Some staff are polite and others rude. Entertainment was shocking. The animation team danced to the same song three times a day, and if you have kids, this isn’t the hotel for you. They kept pestering us every day to pay 15 euro each for a nightclub trip. You can get a taxi there and back for 6euro, with free entry, so don’t pay for them to take you. We only found out ten days into our 14 day holiday that there were water slides on the other half of the hotel.

Derin, Emirkan, and the rest of the staff were there to help us at every step. The hotel was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were attentive. We’ve had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived, thanks to the great service. We’ll definitely be back.

If you’re British, avoid this place. The drive from the airport is ridiculously long, and the staff weren’t helpful. It took three days to get an extra pillow. The food was bad, with no options, especially for kids, so we spent loads eating outside the hotel. Staff kept trying to strong-arm us into buying extra services. A truly bad hotel, with half the facilities shut most of the time.

Don’t waste your money. The rooms were old and dirty, with extremely old, ugly beds, and they weren’t cleaned daily. If you wanted the room cleaned or the toilets made clean, you had to fight for it for three days, or stay in a dirty room. The food and desserts were the same each time. Staff were rude and unhelpful. After all that, I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel, or even a three-star one. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel. I don’t recommend it at all.
