Adin Beach Resort is beautiful, just like the rest of Alanya, and the service was on another level. The staff really seemed eager to help us have a good stay. Nurhayal and Bengul, the general managers, and Sila Nur at reception gave us great support during our trip. Frat also deserves a shout-out for the excellent service at our 'A 'l carte' meal. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return.

Rabia, our holiday assistant, was especially kind, and the whole staff gave us great service. We had an amazing stay at Adin Resort and will definitely come back.

The food was great, the location is perfect, and we loved the ladies beach and gym. But our room wasn’t as clean as expected. In a five-star hotel, the bathroom and bed sheets should be fully clean. Please take this seriously, especially given how much people pay for a stay. We expect at least a clean room. I also couldn’t get connected to the WiFi. I called reception twice, but they didn’t seem to help.

We had a great time, with amazing food, a lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and lots for the kids to do. My one concern was how many guests smoked in pretty much every area, without considering children or people who don’t smoke. There should be designated smoking areas.

The place was clean, organized, and had a relaxing feel. We had a wonderful stay at Adin Beach Hotel. Rabia was so kind and attentive throughout, always friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much, Rabia!
