The air conditioning barely worked, so the room stayed hot. I could even hear the elevator, for God’s sake. It’s a very old building and the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Stay away.

From the balcony, the views were incredible, and the staff were friendly. The owners were very accommodating too. Seda guests can use the popular loungers and umbrellas at Rio beach for free, and the sandy Sarımsaklı beach is only a few metres away. The main street overlooks the Greek islands. Breakfast was a typical Turkish spread with lots of cheese and eggs, but the owner kindly made it work for us vegans. Thanks for having us! 💐🙏😻🌱

Mosquitoes were everywhere, from the lobby and reception to the rooms. We booked two rooms for six nights but left after the third because there were so many bites. My daughter had an allergic reaction, and the hotel didn’t refund us for the unused nights. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and in good condition, but the mosquitoes were too much.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really friendly. It’s in a good spot right beside the beach. There aren’t many facilities, but for the price it was well worth it. I’d definitely stay again if we come back.

Very close to the beach, with a really friendly crew and a reasonable price.
