The host was so friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless, and in a great location close to the sea.

I spent a month in this apartment, and everything was as it should be. It matched the photos, with no hidden flaws. The sea is very close, and there's a BIM market right outside the building. If that doesn't have what you need, METRO and other small markets are 150m away. Numan, the owner, is a big plus and quick to help when a problem comes up. If you're looking for a flat to rent, I think this one is well worth it. We may well come back.

We stayed at Polat's for six weeks and it already feels strange to be away from our room. It felt like home. The room was cozy and spacious, with a lovely kitchen and absolutely everything we needed. As a remote graphic designer, I really needed fast internet, and it was great. Polat was incredibly sweet and helpful. He takes real pride in his hotel, and the service showed it. If we return to Alanya, we'll definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A great, very clean home. The owner was kind and helped us with everything. Five stars from me.

I wouldn't stay at this apartment again. The owner was really unpleasant, and after paying 600€ for one month, the place wasn't what I expected for the price. The worst part was that the owner wanted to charge for cleaning.
