Ada Apart Homeros Candarli

It was okay.

The apartment had some problems and didn’t meet our expectations. We picked Çandarlı/Dikili for our first visit because it looked close to the sea on the map and the price was reasonable. But the water wasn’t clear or enjoyable, there were old boats along the shore, and the seabed was muddy. I’d choose Bademli instead, at least the sea there is nicer.

We’ll choose this clean, reliable apartment whenever we come to Çandarlı. It felt like somewhere we could stay with peace of mind. Many thanks to Mr. Ramazan and his wife, Mrs. Leyla.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and you can see the sea from the balcony. But the rooms don’t look like the photos. They’re small, old, and seem to have been left in poor condition for a long time. The bathroom and toilet share one room, and the shower has no curtain or screen. In the living room there are two couches and an open layout, but no oven or microwave. There’s only an old-fashioned TV, and it doesn’t work.
