The staff were the best part of my stay at Grand Iska Palace. They were friendly, easy to approach, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean, organized, and quiet, a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. It’s also well located for getting around and seeing Istanbul’s main attractions. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to other visitors.

Yilmaz went out of his way to help us with everything we needed and made our stay feel special. Thanks to him and the friendly staff, our trip was so enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel felt welcoming. It’s also in a perfect spot, just a short walk from the main attractions, which made it easy to explore Istanbul. Highly recommend it.

Yelmiz and Hayri at reception made us feel welcome with their friendly, professional help. They gave us directions, recommendations, and assistance whenever we needed it. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and our room was spotless. The hotel was calm, clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring the city. We spent 6 nights at grand iska hotel and felt like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Yalmaz and Abdul kader deserve a special thank you, along with all the staff, who were warm and ready to help. They pointed us toward good tourist spots and local attractions, which made the visit even better. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Room service was attentive and efficient, and always came with a smile. We felt well cared for here and would definitely return. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
