Eclipse Maslak Residence by NewInn

It’s a quiet complex, and seeing the forest and the third bridge from the balcony feels really relaxing and peaceful. There’s a supermarket right underneath the building for everyday items. Finding the way in isn’t that easy without navigation, though. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

The place feels like another high-rise residential development, the kind you see all over Maslak. Inside, the luxury is a bit much, and the building’s design seems to leave residents feeling detached rather than friendly. Parking is easy, there are shopping options, and security around the area is strong.

Eclipse Towers has a lot going for it as a place to live, including a good gym, an indoor pool, and playgrounds for children. But security is a major concern. There have been a couple of robberies in the complex, with thieves getting into flats while tenants were away, even though the door locks and security staff apparently presented no problem. Those incidents have hurt the complex’s reputation.

I lived here for a while and had no issue with the building itself. The views are lovely, the gym and pool are okay, and there’s a supermarket and taxi stand below the complex. Getting around is the catch. The place is a bit out of the way, and reaching public transport means either walking at least 20 minutes through the less pleasant streets by the neighboring car repair complex, or taking a longer route that adds another ten minutes. Also, check the monthly residence charges with the building manager. Don’t rely on what the real estate agent tells you when working out your expenses.
