Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection, and we especially liked the views while eating. The staff were very friendly and helpful, sorting out transport and pointing us toward good shopping. Nova City Hotel Istanbul is conveniently located near major sights, shops, and lots of restaurants, so getting around and exploring was easy. We had a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it to other visitors to Istanbul.

We stayed for three nights in two triple rooms after switching from another hotel with really bad, worrying reviews. I’m glad I paid extra to move here. Our room was spacious and modern; the one my family had was much smaller and could use some attention, but it was okay overall. The staff were kind and friendly, and on checkout day the manager offered to keep our luggage safely in the back without us even asking. That saved us from carrying it around Istanbul on our last day. I’d consider staying here again 👍🏼

We arrived with a prepaid reservation, my wife, baby, and I, and the hotelier demanded twice the price. When we refused, he wouldn’t give us the room, and my wife and I argued with him for two hours. He had canceled the reservation. This was blatant extortion. Stay away from hotels like this.

You can get around to everything from here, and the room was clean for the price. The rooftop is nice too. Abdulselam was the best, always ready to help. Just enjoy your stay!

I stayed for more than two weeks and left completely satisfied. The breakfast lady makes different things and keeps the dining area in good order, and the staff are humble and supportive, so it's easy to feel comfortable. Abdussalam in management keeps things arranged so families can stay without worry. If I come back to Istanbul, Nova City will be my choice again. Best of luck to the team ❤️
