The staff attitude was poor, including Mr Ali and another person on the evening shift. Our room location was inconvenient, and the bathroom had no bidet spray, which made the stay uncomfortable. We also had ongoing AC problems, and there was no drinking water in the room. Breakfast choices were very limited and below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

The room was absolutely filthy, and the place generally lacked cleanliness. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the air just sat there. The staff were friendly and helpful, though. The air conditioning wasn’t working because, they said, repairs were underway.

The view from my room was lovely, and the staff treated us with such care. They were kind and the service was perfect. Staying at grand anka hotel was the best choice I made. Next time I’m in Istanbul, I’ll stay at GEAND ANKA again for sure. Fethi is the reception man. Thank you for everything.

I didn’t like the hotel service. They weren’t nice or respectful to me, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone 😒 😕.

The room itself was decent, but the hotel is old and clearly not cared for. The bathrooms were tiny, uncomfortable, and smelled bad. Even after I asked staff to clean, the floor in my room was still dirty. The restaurant was very small and had extremely limited food choices, and the staff were unfriendly. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
