Onur was a wonderful waiter, always attentive, professional, friendly, and welcoming. His service made the stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we found the facilities excellent. Food was delicious, with plenty of variety every day. We also enjoyed the well-kept pool and beach areas, which made it easy to relax. We had a lovely all-inclusive holiday at this hotel in Turkey and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation.

Atakan from the Harmony Restaurant/Terazza Bar was especially thoughtful with our family and children. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help, going the extra mile without ever being intrusive. His humble, friendly, positive manner made a real difference. Thank you, Atakan, for adding so much to our holiday! We were there from 20th to 27th May as two families, one with two adults and two children, the other with two adults and one child. We really enjoyed our time. The resort is huge, with plenty for both adults and children, and was clean and well maintained. WiFi worked across the whole resort, which was a great bonus. Most staff were friendly and approachable.

We had such a lovely time here with our family. Aqua activities and morning gym were among our favourites, along with air rifle and volleyball. The animation team were amazing, we loved those guys. Big thanks to Valeria, Hamza and Tony, they made our holiday special ❤️

Every activity and evening show was lively and really well organized. The entertainment team made everyone feel included, welcome, and happy, always smiling and creating such a great atmosphere. They brought energy and fun from the very first day, and their friendliness and passion made a huge difference. They're the best team we've ever met at Long Beach Resort Alanya, and thanks to them the holiday felt truly special, full of unforgettable moments.
