Symbola Oludeniz Beach Hotel

The staff made a real effort when we celebrated a friend's 25th birthday. They helped decorate the restaurant and let us celebrate there, which made for a lovely, memorable evening. They also arranged excellent vegetarian food for us without any hassle, so we felt comfortable and well looked after. Solomon, the restaurant manager, and the two staff members helping him were especially attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Their warmth stood out throughout our stay. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the hotel and its atmosphere were top-notch. We'd love to stay again for the caring service and great food.

The location is ideal and the view is beautiful. Our room was nice, though a little worn, as you'd expect. It was clean, the bathroom looked well maintained, the hot water and pressure were good, and the AC worked perfectly. The receptionist in particular, as well as the manager, were kind and welcoming. For the price, the hotel seems like good value, and I think it may do even better once the season is fully underway. The restaurant was a different story. We tried lunch, but the food wasn't very good, and the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard were more than a year past their expiration dates. We told the woman serving lunch, and she put them back in the fridge. They were still there the next day. There was rotten fruit at the open buffet too. Breakfast was okay for the price, though. The place might be worth another chance once the season starts.

The staff were super friendly and hospitable, which was a big plus. Our room felt a bit small for three people, and the floor was dirty and sticky. The toilet was leaking, but they fixed it quickly. It's a nice place in a picturesque spot, with the beach only 5 minutes away.

The view and heated pool were great, and this is a very nice classic hotel. Staff were helpful and really nice, and the restaurant served delicious meals. Big thanks to Mehmet and Fayz, though I'm not sure about the spelling. There are a few stairs to reach the rooms, which could be hard for some people.
