Abdullah, the landlord, was very respectful and courteous. The apartment is on the sixth floor of Building No. 5, high up on the mountain, but the drive is easy. It’s 25 minutes from Trabzon Airport, 25 minutes from Trabzon city center, and five minutes from Lake Serakoş. Across from it there’s a restaurant and an ATM, with grocery stores, a barber, and fast food places nearby. Inside, it’s beautiful and spacious, with three bedrooms, a large living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. The price is excellent. Just call Abdullah and ask him to rent it.
