[BED BUGS] We knew the hotel was basic for the price, so our expectations weren’t high. But when we got to the rooms, there were bedbugs all over the sheets on one of the prepared beds. We went straight to reception. The young man who had checked us in was nice, but couldn’t resolve it, so he called the boss, who arrived soon after. We asked for a full refund because we didn’t feel safe staying somewhere with such an obvious bedbug problem. The boss refused and offered another room instead. We weren’t comfortable with that, since we felt the whole hotel might be infested. After arguing back and forth, we had to leave and take the loss without a refund.

The location is great, but that’s the only good thing I can say. The rooms are very dirty and the service staff speak very little. It’s miserable that places like this exist. Stay away.

It was okay.

The place is badly neglected: the rooms are falling apart and there’s no cleaning at all. We only used the room to sleep, and even then the condition was poor. It’s remarkable the furniture is still in place. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

The sea is close and there’s a pool, which are both advantages. The price isn’t bad for that, and if you only need somewhere to sleep, it may suit you. We only used it for sleeping. There was no ventilation in the restroom, and the interior and furniture were poorly maintained. It didn’t feel like a place where the staff’s effort showed.
