Ergun Hotel

The views over Alanya are stunning, and the location is perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the food edible. For a three star hotel, I’d give it five stars and would definitely return. The only thing I found wrong was the frothy beer, but we had plenty of laughs about it.

Kadir welcomed us and really went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was decent. There’s a public beach nearby, though it isn’t the cleanest. Damlatas and Cleopatra beaches are a little farther away but are clean. Great value for the price, definitely recommend.

The rooftop pool is small, but what a view! When we didn’t feel like going to the beach, it was lovely to have that spot above the city. From the veranda, the colors across the whole city were incredible, especially at sunset. I could have sat there for ten hours watching it. After dinner, guests could listen to music and dance together, and if you asked, they’d play your favorite song. We were very happy with our stay and give it 100 out of 100. We’ll come back, and hope the hotel never closes. You’ve stayed in our hearts. Please don’t be harsh about it in reviews. The location is right in the center, with a grocery store, pharmacy, market, and plenty more just two minutes away. Great for young people. The only downside is that the loud prayers might startle people who are easily frightened, so be prepared if that bothers you. The beach felt like a dream, with blue water, mountains, and sand, just like a Bounty ad. We had a room with four beds, a large one plus a bunk bed for when you quarrel, perfect! There was a balcony facing the mountains, and having a Coca-Cola there in the evening was a thrill. It had a shower, hairdryer, and TV, which was all we needed. I don’t understand complaints about worn parquet, dim light, or dirty towels. We came for nature and the beach, and you can ask reception for fresh towels. The staff were all great, and I asked for their names so they could be praised. I hope the boss sees this. Özgür, thanks for the good vibe and mood, especially your “good morning” at 8 pm, I love it! Rojhat, thanks for your service, and good luck in the future. Duran, thanks for the smile. You always smiled at everyone and worked 100 out of 100. Deniz welcomed us at 5 a.m. like a mother greeting someone after a long separation. We even gave him three roses, what a wonderful man! The menu suited anyone who doesn’t want to come back from holiday like a bun. There were vegetables, fruit, our favorite pasta, and sweets. Everything was fresh and delicious, once we found our favorites. The bar deserves a mention too, especially the most delicious Coke on the planet! Wine and cocktails were included in the price. The wine is an art form for anyone who doesn’t like waking up with a hangover. Special respect to the chef. You can tell he enjoys it and cooks with all his heart. This is a very ordinary hotel, with friendly staff, suitable food, and high quality repairs. Don’t believe the nasty reviews. People, your holiday depends on you and your budget! If you choose a three star hotel, don’t expect a presidential suite, five kinds of pasta at dinner, or a sea view from a balcony 100 meters away.

The location was perfect, and the food was really tasty with lots of choices. Everyone was kind and helpful, including the staff, chef, and manager. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel for a nice holiday.
